Our Stonehaus Vodka is available in 375 ml bottles in our retail store or online.
To ensure freshness, we deliver weekly to all our outlets. Due to popular demand, our beers are available in selected LCBO and Beer Stores. For your convenience, the Beer Store will accept your return cans.

5.5% | Premium Dark Ale

A traditional English brown ale that utilizes premium specialty malts to achieve a slightly nutty aroma and smooth caramel flavour.
Don’t be afraid of the dark, this ale is refreshing and drinkable and, like the oil, meant to keep your engine running clean and smooth.

Aye!
A malt-forward pale ale that is loaded with flavour. Brewed in the traditional Scottish style, this beer is deep gold in colour and uses a hint of roasted barley making it smooth-tasting with plenty of body.
This is a beer everyone can agree on.

We partnered with the brilliant world of Ashanti coffee to brew up a unique coffee/beer hybrid. The addition of lactose gives the beer a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and Ashanti’s amazing house blend provides notes of caramel and chocolate. Reminiscent of a café latte, who says it needs to be coffee or beer?

Marvin the Märzen
A malt-forward traditional lager crafted using only the best malts from the Munich area to create an authentic Oktoberfest beer. Medium-bodied with a solid malt profile and perfectly hopped to balance the malts. Best enjoyed all year long, this beer truly is out-of-this-world!

Neu Day
To celebrate the dawning of a “Neu” day, we crafted this brand-new unfiltered IPA. Notes of melon, grape and citrus permeate the aroma and the refreshing taste has just the right amount of bitterness. Bask in the hope and potential a new day can bring.

Raspberry Lager
A lighter lager soured with raspberries. Pours a golden colour with a nice white head, light raspberry flavour against a malt background. Very refreshing on a hot day. Ideal for the non-beer drinkers!

Literally meaning “No!” in German, we decided to dig into our breweries heritage for the name of this beer. This smooth lager is not exactly what you may be expecting. You might think that no alcohol means no flavour, but you would be wrong. This non-alcoholic option is full of flavour, and offers a refreshing option for those who are wanting to have a beer experience, but at the same time, reduce their alcohol intake. Give it a try, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

GRAMMA’S JAM
Black currants have a unique taste and are loaded with antioxidants. Naturally, we decided to make a sour then and load it up with black currant pureé. The result is a beer with a decidedly delightful purple hue and layers of rich, earthy, tart, refreshing flavours. So join the jam, Gramma’s already there rockin’ out!

A traditional German Weissbier with a dominant wheat malt base and subtle hop notes. The bulk of the taste and aroma comes from the unique Weizen yeast which imparts spice, clove and banana flavours. Leaving this beer unfiltered allows these flavours to shine.

Peach Man Go
This effervescent kettle sour utilizes Peach and Mango pureé to compliment the lower pH from the kettle-souring process. Decidedly tart, but with the subtle balance of the fruit, this tasty treat will leave you longing to gobble up more.

Texas Tea
The use of all dark specialty malts makes this a very smooth drink. Enhanced with pure local honey to give a nice, sweeter mouthfeel than a normal stout.

A classic English-style porter with a twist. 1% Ontario wine gives this porter a slight fruity note that balances out the roasted and chocolate flavours of the malt. An altogether pleasant experience akin to living in one of the prettiest villages in Ontario.

West Grey APA
This refreshing pale ale is made with 100% local hops. Vibrant notes of pineapple, citrus and tropical fruit dominate the aroma which is backed by a well-rounded malt body. So, sit back and relax, because local tastes better.

Literally meaning black beer in German, this smooth lager is not exactly what you might expect from the colour. Light roast flavours dissolve effortlessly onto the palate and balance with the moderate hop content. Prepare for the unexpected with this drinkable dark lager.

FALL HARVEST PUMPKIN
Pumpkin spice and everything nice! Loads of local pumpkins were added to the mash for this beer, resulting in a fuller body to compliment the pumpkin spice blend. Light orange in colour but decidedly fragrant on the nose, you’re sure to Fall in love with this seasonal offering.

As the doldrums of winter set in, enjoy the cheer of this winter ale. Cinnamon, orange peel and a hint of pure vanilla on the aroma and taste lift this ale out of the drab and into the delightful. So, settle in by the fire and enjoy the comfort of this winter ale.

IMPERIAL STOUT
This smooth, rich and decadent stout lives up to its Imperial name. Notes of dark chocolate, cherries, coffee and roasted grain balance effortlessly with the higher alcohol content. But don’t be fooled by the dark side, this Imperial Stout is still packing a blaster and is best enjoyed in front of a roaring fire watching certain movies. If there is a storm coming, be a trooper and hunker down with this beer!

HELLES BOCK
A true German Helles bock, this beer underwent a decoction mash regime and is a stronger version of a Helles which is a “light” style of German beer. Light amber in colour, the nose dances with grain-sweet malt aromas and the traditional German hops give it just the right amount of bitterness. This beer is as smooth as a politician, Neustadt’s own John Diefenbaker. Diefen-Bock-er, as we now affectionately call him, is remembered for appointing the first female minister to cabinet, the first Indigenous member to the Senate and granting the vote to the First Nations and Inuit peoples. So after a couple of sips of this beer, you’ll be ready to change the world!

Backyard brew
Our brewers really love beer and especially hops. So much so that they both grow them in their backyards. This year they decided that looking at them and smelling them was not enough and they decided to make a fresh wet-hopped beer. Picked in the morning, the hops were immersed in the brew within hours. The result is a uniquely fresh and fragrant beer that vibes with fruity and citrusy notes. If you close your eyes you might just be able to picture yourself in the brewers’ backyards. Just don’t actually show up, they’re probably busy brewing beer.

Aliens do Exist!
This one’s for the true believers. Bold, bitter, and unapologetically hoppy – this beer dives deep with a rich backbone of coffee and molasses, layered with dark berry and citrus notes from Erebus and Apollo hops. A collaboration with Elora Brewing Company and Hopsteiner Canada – brewed for those who know… and those who are ready to discover. The truth is out there – and it’s available now!

Stonehaus Vodka
Legacies exist because something has lasted. Our building, literally a Stonehaus, was built in 1859 and still exists today centred on our crystal clear spring water. When we started distilling in 2024 it was natural that our first neutral spirit Vodka was made from the same premium grains we also brew with. Easy to incorporate into mixed drinks, it is also impeccable when enjoyed neat. Look for subtle notes of caramel sweetness from the malt. It’s no wonder this vodka is so smooth and clean!

Our take on a classic dry gin. Utilizing 5 botanicals, a blend of fresh citrus and our natural spring water, this whimsical gin dances on the palate. Perfect on its own, or in your next favourite cocktail.

Apple Pie Moonshine
No matter when, no matter why, there is always room for apple pie. This spirit tastes exactly how it sounds, like a homemade pie baked fresh right out of the oven. Made with fresh pressed local apples, a delicate balance of spices and our homemade moonshine, each sip is like a warm hug. Serve neat, over ice, or even ice cream, this drink goes down like a dessert dream.

This romance in a bottle sips like a crooner sings. Kissed with demerara sugar from the south, the chemistry between the sugar and cinnamon spice is impossible to ignore. This cream liqueur marks the beginning of our creamery series, an era at the brewery during prohibition that cream was processed instead of beer. This indulgent spirit draws on the inspiration of most cream liqueurs, but uses our own blend of cream, coffee and chocolate. Serve in coffee, neat, or of course, on ice cream. This drink will make you say, Irish I had more.

CHERRY BOMB
This delicious marriage contains an explosion of Niagara tart cherry juice blended with our moonshine. There is just enough sweetness added to leave a lingering eruption that detonates on the tongue. SAMBUCA
Ciao Bella, this sambuca is based on a classic Italian liquor. We have made our version completely natural, leaving us a beautiful golden hue. Notes of anise, fennel, and licorice, both in aroma and taste, leave you feeling like you’re sitting on the Italian coast after an incredible meal. Often served as a digestif, either neat, over ice, or with a coffee bean. One sip of this and you’re guaranteed to have anise day!
