Emphasis 9 – Pamona Lisa

We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. What could be better than a hazy IPA on a hot day, well...probably another one. This sessionable IPA comes in at 4.7 percent while having all the flavour of a bigger beer. With tropical aromas of stone fruit, it's like a quick vacation in a can. This emphasis is filled with a blend of hops containing Cashmere, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Simcoe. This is also the first emphasis to use a new yeast strain from Escarpment Labs in Guelph called Pomona. Pomona helps accentuate the tropical aromas while providing a clean finish. Finally, a beer that makes Mona Lisa smile.
