We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops.

This wet hop wonder can only be created once a year during harvest when the hops are freshly picked off the bine without drying or packaging and added directly to a beer within hours of harvest. Working with our friends at Bulldog Hop Company, we created a West Coast wet hop IPA using triumph hops. With notes of caramel malt and resiny hops, see if this beer doesn't make you want to break out in song.
