Brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Graduate House at the University of Waterloo, this is a flavourful nut brown with a few twists. The Belgian abbey yeast provides banana and clove notes that pair seamlessly with the classic nut brown malt base. The additions of hazelnut flavouring and local maple syrup round out this smooth and decadent beer that works on its own or paired with dessert.
